Scott Leonard (yes, the guy from Rockapella) shows us what he can do solo with the help of some computer mixing. Yes - that's Scott doing the bass parts. As with Rockapella, this is a completely acapella album, meaning all the sounds are traced back to Scott singing, beat boxing, clapping and slapping.I've had this album for awhile now and I still enjoy listening to it. If you are a Rockapella fan, you'll notice a couple of these songs made it some of their albums. The album has a nice mix of upbeat and slow songs. You will find yourself singing along to a majority of the tracks. The odd experiment of Standing Flower, Floating World grows on you over time. It has so many shifts it isn't one I sing along with, but I do find my foot tapping along. My favorite tracks:* Tokyo Robots, you better run for your lives... btw - how can Scott sing so fast! definitely my favorite track.* Pretty much you - can't help but sing along* Easy to be a Hero - such a sweet song* On a street in Fukuoka - infectious lyrics. my second favorite song on the album.* Hanae - i like this version as well as the Rockapella cover "Baby Girl".* Hello Japan - uplifting and delicateIf you are a fan of Rockapella definitely pick this one up for your collection.
