NiceI got this for a friend, he's a big comic book fanatic. I gave this to him and he loved it, we played for an hour after opening it, real easy to put together, and I liked that it wasn't confined to a boxing ring like the original.My son is all about the “battles” but unfortunately only Batman is sturdy. Superman is rocky and shaking. Overall it’s a good toyFun and creative gift but Batman came broken so he was always losing with a slight punchGranted I didn't read the description because I was sent a gift list and bought off that. But this isn't like the old version. You don't 'knock their block off' anymore. You have to punch hard enough to knock the character off the base and the punch simply isn't strong enough. Also since there is no ring there is no structure to it.This was the perfect gift for my nephews! (they’re twins) I read pervious reviews and was nervous one would always win but with the one we got it was not the case. The toy was super easy to put together. I didn’t need directions it’s simple.Over all this was a good purchase and I’m happy with it 100%I love the figurines and they are made sturdy.My grandsons love the superheroes so they enjoy playing with this toy. I wish their heads would pop off like the old rockem sockem robots instead of the figures falling off the platform.Got this for my nephew for Christmas. I wanted to get a low tech old school game and since he loves superheroes this was perfect. He really loved it. All the adults played all Christmas Eve night. It was fun and a great trip down memory lane. However, Superman is on much tighter than Batman. It was almost impossible to knock Superman off. Every single time we played Superman always won. It was still fun. And my 5 year old nephew loved that he beat everyone!Great fun! Seems like Batman is also too bulky heavy, bad design.Item came a little late, but courier was constantly updating me. no worries there.Only concern is it was left at the end of the driveway late at night in a high traffic area. i saw the delivery notice on my email and went out immediately. had i not gone then, it would most likely have been scooped up by someone passing by.
